Sound interesting?**Then come and join our global team as **Senior Process Manager / Data Privacy Ambassador, to support our Treasury organization in the field of data privacy.**

**This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week and can also be filled in Amadora, Portugal.**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Under the supervision of the central data protection organization and within the framework of its requirements, you will act as a contact for the global Treasury organization with regard to all questions relevant to treasury data privacy
- You will independently provide advice on all questions arising in relation to entries in the data protection law process register
- You will also independently provide support within Treasury for the topic of internal controls and advise Treasury interfaces in all aspects of this. You will ensure that all relevant milestones are met with high quality standards
- As transfer price coordinator, you will act as an interface between the Treasury and Taxes departments and independently offer initial assistance and coordinate annual transfer pricing documentation
- You will coordinate contract management within the Treasury organization
- You will take on responsibility for ensuring the relevant annual recurring self-assessments within your remit in relation to data privacy, contract management and transfer pricing
- You will ensure a suitable authorization concept for banks and internal processes and further develop existing concepts
- You will work closely with internal departments and stakeholders and will be able to coordinate topics with senior management

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You have a degree in an economics-related or legal discipline, e.g. business administration or law
- You have many years of professional experience in the field of data privacy and/or internal controls
- You have very sound technical and process-related knowledge in the field of internal controls
- If you have already been involved in working on internal projects, this would be an advantage
- You have very strong technical knowledge in the field of data privacy
- You enjoy dealing with legal topics when required
