**EN** We are searching a manager to handle the coworking space The Block. Clients are generally international and working in the cryptocurrency sector. The coworking is at human scale and can have around 20-30 members. With the help of an assistant, you'll be responsible to: - Onboard new clients. - Handle food and other consumables of the space (hygiene, paper, printer ink, etc). - Handle social media (Twitter, telegram) announcing events and posting pictures. - Organize events with or without sponsors. - Find and retain customers. - Ensure customers get both a productive and pleasant environment. - Handle all administrative tasks, such as paying bills and invoicing customers. **Requirements**: - High autonomy. - Good customer contact. - Ability to "Get things done". - English and Portuguese language. Crypto/Blockchain skills are not initially required but interest to learn is. Note that there is some possibility of expanding as a DAO to a bigger space. Os clientes são maioritariamente internacionais e trabalham no setor das criptomoedas. O cowork é de pequena dimensão e pode acolher cerca de 20-30 membros. Com o apoio de um(a) assistente, será responsável por: - Integrar novos clientes (onboarding) - Gerir alimentos e outros consumíveis do espaço (higiene, papel, tinteiros/toner da impressora, etc.) - Gerir as redes sociais (X/Twitter, Telegram), anunciando eventos e publicando fotografias - Organizar eventos com ou sem patrocinadores - Angariar e reter clientes - Assegurar um ambiente produtivo e agradável para os membros - Tratar de todas as tarefas administrativas, como pagamento de faturas e faturação a clientes **Requisitos**: - Elevada autonomia. - Excelente relacionamento com clientes. - Capacidade de “fazer acontecer”. - Domínio das línguas inglesa e portuguesa. Competências em Cripto/Blockchain não são inicialmente obrigatórias, mas interesse em aprender é valorizado.
