**Your mission**:Lead and define national wide strategy for Secondary Logistics, with focus on optimization, continuous improvement and support to the Wholesaler transformation in order to improve Customer Service Level and Satisfaction as well as drive Cost Efficiency.

Oversee the implementation of the E2E Vision of Novadis Secondary Logistics by the heads of each region, with regards to guidelines and policies to ensure the execution of safety & compliance policies, provide excellent service level according to logistic trade terms, while improving efficiency through reduced cost to serve.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Secondary Logistics 3 year plan aligned with the OpCo Strategic Plan;
- Define Secondary Logistics Annual Operational Plan that includes clear objectives and gap to fill, in line with Strategic Plan and OpCo Annual Plan.
- Ensure Heineken Safety Commitments are embedded on day to day secondary logistics activities, according to Global and Local guidelines;
- Ensure compliance with rules and procedures of Safety, Health and Environment on the areas under responsibility, in line with internal and external procedures and regulations;
- In collaboration with the Safety team, ensure action plans are defined, executed, and monitored to fill the gap when it concerns to Safety, Health and Environment;
- Define Warehouse & Distribution standards;
- Define and ensure implementation of Warehouse & distribution standards audit plan
- Oversee efficient Warehouse & Distribution Processes and execution, taking into account available resources optimization;
- Ensure collaboration and alignment with relevant stakeholders, contributing to the achievement of the Company targets;
- Ensure planning process (including orders and deliveries) in collaboration with Sales and operational areas;
- Ensure demanding for Novadis Categories in line with needs from the business, maximizing efficiency of the operation - warehouse and distribution;
- Internal and External Customers Satisfaction;
- Achievement of Service Level objectives;
- Optimal fleet management and compliant with budget;
- Proper execution of the Heineken Group's Emission Reduction programme;
- Insight in the financial and operational results for Secondary Logistics and steering information for stakeholders;
- Continuous improvement of Secondary Logistics processes and performance;
- Global or OpCo projects delivered OTIF, contributing to overall company objectives and On Trade Vision and strategy;
- Increased effectiveness and efficiency of resources and processes;
- Approved investment plans that contribute to the realization of the Strategic Plan and 3Year Plan for Secondary Logistics;
- Compliance with defined budget and corrective measures in place for deviations.

**We want you to bring**:

- University Degree or Master within relevant areas
- 8-12 years of relevant experience on the áreas of Warehouse and Distribution;
- 4-5 years minimum of relevant experience on Secondary Logistics Leadership roles;
- Experience in projects related with Secondary Logistics;
- Logistics Strategy Development and Implementation;
- Logistics Service Provider Contract Management;
- Excellence in Execution;
- Commercial Understanding;
- Sustainable Logistics;
- Management Reporting;
- Financial Understanding.
