**We are looking for a remote Costumer Service Representative to join our Amsterdam team**

**About us**:
A-bike is fun. We love our job, what we do and who we are. As Amsterdam is the city of bikes, our customers want to experience riding a bike themselves. We take care of that with a high quality standard. With high ratings at Google and TripAdvisor, we are happy to recognize our efforts with our guests. Our clients are not only tourists, but also travel agencies, resellers (Getyourguide, TripAdvisor, etc..), event agencies and hotels.

Currently we have 5 locations in Amsterdam and 3 in Barcelona and we work closely with Mike’s Tours in Amsterdam who provide high quality bike tours. Because of our great satisfaction rates and increased e-commerce policy, we have seen a huge growth in requests for tours, events and rental bookings.

In order to facilitate all the requests and bookings we are looking for YOU

A-bike is looking for a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a **remote**Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for online customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience when interacting with our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Process bookings and special requests for rentals and tours.
- Have a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English (another language(s) is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with computers and office software.
- Good organisational skills.
- Service oriented.

**What do we need?**
- Someone available to work 40h a week.
- Availability on the weekends.
- Possibility of working remotely for a foreign company as a freelancer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6/7 months

Pay: 12.50€ - 14.00€ per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
