**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Organizing documentation related to project management;
- Analyzing gaps and preparing summaries of the project portfolio (implementations, deviations, budgets, risks, alerts, dependencies, among others);
- Leading project reporting and following up with project managers;
- Supporting project managers in updating documentation and ensuring appropriate communication sharing.
**PROFILE**:
- Higher education in Information Technology or a related field;
- More than 2 years of professional experience in PMO or Project Management roles;
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity is valued, particularly in ISO/IEC 27000-series standards and the NIST framework;
- Solid understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC);
- Ability to manage the relationship between the business area (Banking) and the IT area;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
- Fluency in English;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills;
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach;
- Leadership and team management skills.
