In your role as a TA partner you will:
- Partner with Hiring teams to ensure that the best talent is hired

Take care of the end-to-end recruitment processes
--
Identify relevant sourcing channels, mainly for CX roles
--
Contribute to building and strengthening our employer brand
--
Manage recruitment needs within firm deadlines
--
Develop relations with stakeholders

You will be great for this role if you:
- Have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience
--
Can write and speak Spanish at a native level, plus English too
--
Are proactive and can manage a fast-paced environment
--
Are a team player with strong communication skills
--
Work in an organised way and take ownership of your tasks
--
Previous experience from a BPO environment would be a benefit
