**Job Description** What to expect, your role**
- Responsible for developing and maintaining project management standards, processes, and guidelines according to Hitachi’s Consensus methodology, by providing administrative support and overseeing project management operations.
- Assists in documenting control activities and processes related with change control management and statements of work.
- Provides administrative support to the project management team in monitoring and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budget.
- Tracks project progress and supports the creation of project documentation, facilitates meetings scheduling and review of presentations.
- Ensures forecasting processes are sound, robust, and consistent to group standards by providing administrative support to the project management team.
- Understands the need and supports the completion of project status reporting by assuring the project complies with the reporting cycles and guidelines.
- Tracks project development by monitoring the completion of action items and deliverables in a timely manner.
- Assists the project team in the completion of the quarterly Quality Assurance Review Questionnaire.

**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- Newly qualified graduates with less than three years’ professional experience.
- Degree in Management Assistance, Project Management, Business management, Economics or relevant degree.
- Fluency in English both written and oral.
- Credible client facing personality.
- Strong presentation/communication/facilitation skills (oral and written).
- Ability to produce high quality and professional written documentation including project reports and presentation slides.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Pro-active nature with attention to detail.
- A strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.
- Ability to work independently and well within a team.
- Availability to travel abroad.
- French or German speaking (Desirable).
