**Role Misson**:
Managing content production for Alter Solution’s technical blogs, improving information about the company’s services, and developing content about existing/new clients. You’ll be working in an international environment, with IT specialists, communication teams and business managers.

**Description**:

- Report to the Digital Marketing Manager, actively managing content production with IT experts and business teams.
- Help organize a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets, namely SEO and campaigns’ management.
- Develop an editorial calendar, ensuring technical and business teams are onboard and respect deadlines.
- Collaborate with marketing and design to plan and develop blog content and improve service information.
- Supervise the creation of technical content, service information and announcements.
- Proofread, suggest edits, and improve technical writers’ content.
- Optimize and ensure content quality.
- Work with international teams to organize publication scheduling.
- Stay up-to-date and suggest content based on relevant and trending Technology, Consultancy, Management and Recruitment topics, as well as other topics related to Alter Solutions’ work.
- Manage content translation, either directly or with external suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with law (e.g., respect copyright).

**Qualifications**:
**Hard skills**:

- Degree in Communication, Literature, Marketing, Journalism or similar;
- Minimum three years of experience in a similar role;
- Experience in Project management;
- Experience cooperating with multiple teams and stakeholders;
- Knowledge of content writing/editing software like MS Office or similar (Google docs, OpenOffice, etc);
- Very good Portuguese and English level (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills.

- Empathy and interpersonal competencies.

**Other valued skills (not mandatory)**:

- Knowledge of French, Spanish, German, or Polish language.
- Experience with CMS;
- Understanding of SEO (search keywords, text structure, and length best practices, etc);
