The Role

As a
Content Manager

, you own the storytelling and content system for Vida Plena and the group: turning brand strategy into images, videos, words, series, formats, and calendars across web, social, email, and print. You work
creatively, with a sensitivity for aesthetics and brand coherence

while making organic growth actually happen.

You are a
natural storyteller

, capable of threading visual and narrative elements to create a cohesive story. You understand brand personas deeply and translate them into a
visually coherent line

that resonates across all platforms. You report to the Head of Marketing & Brand, working closely with Design, Events, Growth, and Operations leadership.

To do this well, you own and continuously improve the
practical tools that keep content moving

, including content calendars, storytelling frameworks, brand voice guidelines, visual style documentation, production workflows, and a
reporting format that tracks organic growth meaningfully

Your Key Responsibilities

Content strategy & calendar

• Develop and maintain content calendars across all channels: social, web, email, and print
• Translate brand strategy into content pieces with clear themes, formats, and timelines
• Align content initiatives with venue openings, campaigns, seasonal moments, and brand priorities
• Spot trends and identify content opportunities that keep the brand fresh and relevant

Copy & storytelling across channels

• Write compelling copy for Instagram, LinkedIn, blog, website, PR kits, and email campaigns
• Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all touchpoints
• Craft stories that connect brand values with audience interests
• Adapt messaging for different platforms while keeping the story cohesive

Content production (photo/video) & liaison with design

• Brief and coordinate photo/video shoots
• Work closely with designers to ensure visual-narrative alignment
• Manage content asset libraries and production workflows
• Ensure brand visual integration across all content outputs

Social & community

• Own social media presence across Instagram and LinkedIn
• Build and nurture community engagement
• Monitor performance and optimize content based on data
• Stay on top of trends and algorithm changes

Support for SEO & email

• Collaborate with growth team on SEO-optimized content creation
• Support email marketing with compelling copy and content
• Contribute to multichannel organic growth strategy

What We Expect From You

• 3–5+ years of experience in content creation and management (hospitality, lifestyle, premium brands, or agency)
• Excellent copywriting skills with native-level English (Portuguese is a plus)
• Experience across multiple content formats: Instagram, LinkedIn, blog, PR kits, website content
• Excellent brand visual integration: capable of understanding brand personas and translating them into a visually coherent line
• Natural storyteller:  able to thread visual and narrative elements to create cohesive stories
• Creative thinker, trend spotter, and out-of-the-box problem solver
• High attention to detail:  proud of the work you put out, caring about every element
• Proactive and a team player:  looking for ways to optimize and able to support and lean on others.
• Metrics-oriented or curious about performance data
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with premium hospitality content or high-end lifestyle brands
• Understanding of organic growth metrics and SEO basics
• Tools: Notion, Figma, Canva, Later/Planoly, Google Suite
