The **AI Operations Program Lead**is responsible for planning, structuring, and operational execution within AI Operations. Acting as the central planner, this role ensures that initiatives, deliverables, and processes are mapped, documented, and standardised across AI Data Operations, and Engineering teams. Using a suite of products such as Aha.io, Jira, and Confluence, you will define and manage holistic roadmaps, workflows, and execution frameworks, ensuring clarity in planning, prioritisation, operational standards & delivery. This role plays a critical role in aligning AI-driven initiatives with structured execution models, driving efficiency, governance, and consistency in AI Operations workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with our AI, IT, Engineering, and Innovation teams.

**Responsibilities**:
**Initiative Planning & Roadmap Management**
- Manage the AI Operations execution roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Translate strategic AI Operations initiatives into features, epics, and structured deliverables in Aha, Jira, and Confluence.
- Identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies and execution risks.
- Ensure initiatives are structured with clear objectives, milestones, and impact analysis.

**Workflow & Process Standardisation**
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), defining AI Operations workflows.
- Establish a structured execution framework using Aha, Jira, and Confluence for roadmap tracking, backlog management, and process documentation.
- Implement best practices in initiative execution, ensuring consistency across teams.
- Govern and improve backlog prioritisation, workstream alignment, and documentation standards.
- Create clear guidelines for initiative ownership, status tracking, and reporting frameworks.

**Execution & Agile Methodologies**
- Draft and maintain features, epics, and user stories with structured acceptance criteria.
- Where appropriate facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, & Agile execution.
- Work with tech and AI leads to align delivery cycles with strategic initiatives.
- Continuously optimise execution processes, reducing inefficiencies and improving scalability.
- Oversee the tracking, reporting, and governance of execution pipelines.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, defining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for technology initiatives, tracking planned vs. actual progress.
- Manage projects involving low code / no code tools for process orchestration and automation.

**Cross-Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Act as the execution hub, aligning AI, Data, and Engineering teams on structured delivery plans.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Owners and Technology Leads to ensure initiative clarity.
- Maintain transparency on roadmap progress, blockers, and resource allocation.
- Establish feedback loops with stakeholders, improving execution planning and prioritisation.
- Communicate and document standards, workflows, and framework improvements.

**Resource Management**
- Ensure resources are secured for projects, including technical talent and cloud computing capacity, through proactive planning and coordination.

**Budget Oversight**

Include cost estimates as part of the project planning process to ensure financial visibility and feasibility before execution.**Requirements**:
**Experience & Skills**
- Proven experience in initiative planning, roadmap management, and execution frameworks within AI

**Operations, Product, or Technology domains**
- Expertise in Aha, Jira, and Confluence, structuring workflows, planning roadmaps, and managing execution.
- Background in AI, data workflows, or automation-driven operations, with knowledge of technical execution cycles.
- Ability to translate high-level AI strategy into structured execution plans with clear prioritisation and dependencies.
- Process-driven mindset, with a strong focus on standardisation, governance & execution efficiency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with resources across multiple locations.
- Experience in sports data, AI-driven automation, or real-time data collection workflows is a plus.
