**WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?**

The Fast Data Team Lead role is responsible for overseeing daily operations being a Janus Operations Supervisor, managing support teams, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining 24/7 operational support. This role includes direct line management of supporters, incident handling, and training delivery to ensure operational excellence.

**HERE’S YOUR ROLE BROKEN DOWN (NOT ALL OF IT, JUST THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF)**
- **Coordination during the matchday**of a team of Supporters.
- **Live Supervision**of coverage verifying resources, filling reports and performing checks to the data.
- Deliver live coverage support as a **Second Level Janus Agent**.
- Deliver first line of **Quality Control**, reviewing errors and passing **feedback**.
- Assist in **customers inquires**and live **data investigation**.
- **Monitor and supervise Janus**as an AI tool that assists in data checks.
- Develop and deliver consistent **training initiatives**to improve performance.
- **Monitor supporters' performance**keeping high standard for excellence.
- Attend regular team meetings with Managers and Stakeholders.
- Ensure messaging and processes are **cascaded down to Supporters**group as well as collating and raising issues.
- Set best examples for **behavior and conduct**in the collection area.
- **Backup as Support**(First Level Janus Agent) when necessary.
- Re-arrangement of **shift plans**and coverage assignment.
- **Line Management of Supporters**, developing talent and assistance to career development.

- Complete understanding of collection tools and processes in Fast Data.
