**We are looking for**:

- Customer focused professional to provide administrative support to the Customer Service EMEA team

**We count on you for**:

- Manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to invoicing and follow-up
- Customer complaint registration and follow-up
- Run and distribute various CS reports
- Provide support with different administrative tasks to the CS team

**You can count on us for**:

- Extensive training in tools and processes used within the team
- Exposing yourself to an international environment

**You will bring**:

- Fluent English
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team (team player mindset)
- Ability to work in a fast moving, business intense environment, at high accuracy and speed
- Willingness to act proactively and identify opportunities for improvement
- Microsoft Excel / Google Suite Experience in a similar role is a plus
