**Strategic Project / Program Manager**

**Flexible location: Portugal / Spain / Slovakia / Bulgaria**

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual to take on a challenging role within the global technology & commercial solutions group, supporting high-profile strategic initiatives through consultative program / project management.

**What we’re looking for**

The role is ideally suited to driven individuals with a record of using initiative to deliver complex projects through strategic insight, problem-solving ability, and influencing decision makers.
- A strong communicator, able to explain complex concepts in a simple manner. Excellent PowerPoint skills are critical as key form of communication, ideally with a consulting background
- Strong sense of ownership, and adept at driving disparate groups with different priorities to ensure completion of tasks
- A quick learner, who can use problem solving and collaboration to inspire confidence and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Project management experience - comfortable with establishing governance structures that ensure successful execution of multiple complex implementations in a matrix organization
- 5+ years’ experience in either Digital Marketing or Software Development functions, 3 of which have been in a project management capacity or leading consulting engagements
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial with a proven track record of dealing with ambiguity

**The Role**

Primarily supporting the OneKey team, the role is focused on ensuring optimal outcomes for critical programs & projects, taking responsibility to ensure that appropriate structure and governance is in place to understand, plan, track and communicate across all teams and stakeholders.
- Understand of strategic vision and goals the leadership team, and structure the program of works to deliver results to fulfil that vision
- Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, combining your expertise with an inquisitive and analytical mindset to provide fresh perspectives and innovative ways of working
- Develop practical program governance to provide oversight for stakeholders at all levels, providing clarity on approach, status & risks and facilitating good decision making
- Comprehend and detail scope, risk and ambiguities across the program, and work with relevant teams to bring clarity, structure and mitigation plans
- Build credibility with SMEs across all functions of the business, from software development to marketing & finance, providing value to the leadership team through a consultative approach and fresh perspectives
- Understand critical drivers and objectives, and define KPI frameworks where appropriate that provide valuable insight into overall performance
