**Customer characterization**:
BL CONSULTING is looking for CONTACT CENTER ASSISTANTS | COMMERCIAL (M/F) for Lisbon, for a client that operates in the Contact Center sector.

**Functions description**:

- Ensuring a customer service of excellence;
- Promote and publicize brands, services and/or products;
- Manage customer portfolios;
- Respond appropriately to the situations presented by the client and find solutions to the constraints presented;
- Tasks inherent to the role;
- Complying with the rules in force in the company regarding quality, environment and safety and hygiene at work.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Spanish, Italian and/or English;
- Previous experience in similar roles;
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent interaction skills with the public;
- Excellent communication and argumentation skills;
- Team spirit and active listening;
- Flexibility, empathy and diplomacy;
- Easy commute to work in Lisbon.
