**CUSTOMER CHARACTERIZATION**:
**BL CONSULTING** is looking for a **Contact Center Assistant in Flemish (M/F) **for the **Lisbon **region, for a nationally and internationally renowned client company that operates in the Contact Center sector.

**FUNCTIONS**:

- Ensure excellent customer service;
- Respond appropriately to customer questions;
- Assist the customer during the after-sales phase;
- Follow up on complaints;
- Tasks inherent to the function;
- Comply with all the rules in force in the company regarding quality, environment and safety and hygiene at work.

**PROFILE**:

- 12th grade;
- Previous contact center experience;
- Fluency in Flemish and good English skills;
- Demonstrated communication skills;
- Availability to work from Monday to Friday, from 08h00 to 17h00.

**CONDITIONS**:

- Permanent employment contract, directly with the client;
- Fixed weekends off;
- Above average salary (1100€ + 100€ + Meal Allowance - around 160€);
- Integration into a solid and stable project.
