**Customer characterization**:
**BL CONSULTING **is looking for a **FINNISH CONTACT CENTER ASSISTANT (M/F) **for the **Lisbon **region, for a client company of national and international reference, which operates in the Contact Centers sector.

**Description of functions**:

- Explain products/solutions and value propositions to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs;
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating Google products;
- Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure;
- Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process;
- Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects;
- Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spending in products currently used.

**Requirements**:

- Have a high level of Finnish and English fluency (B2);
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the same field;
- Have knowledge of CRM system;
- Are outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner;
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills, including strong collaboration, influencing, and facilitation Skills;
- Are skilled in compiling and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources with strong attention to details;
- Are self-driven, adaptable, and a reliable team player with the ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility and resiliency.
