**Daily Challenges and Tasks**
- Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns to drive new user acquisition across a wide range of offers
- Analyze campaign results and optimize performance based on KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
- Brief and order creatives from designers and copywriters, test new angles and hypotheses
- Monitor competitor ads and creative strategies
- Maintain daily reports and campaign tracking

**Key knowledge and Skills**
- Experience running ads on **Facebook, TikTok, and Native platforms (Outbrain, Taboola)**:

- Strong skills in campaign setup, optimization, and scaling
- Ability to collect and interpret performance data and adjust campaigns accordingly
- Creative mindset and experience with testing ad angles and formats
- English level A2 or higher
