Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Financial Analyst to integrate the Raw Material team of Logoplaste.

Reporting directly to the Procurement Buyer, you will be required to work as an integral part of the team.

Job Summary

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for a range of accounting and financial tasks, ensuring the accurate processing of financial transactions and supporting various financial reporting and compliance activities. This role involves handling sales and purchasing invoices, supporting month-end close processes, performing intercompany reconciliations, and assisting with budget preparations and forecasts.

Key tasks & Activities

Management Accounting & Reporting
- Supports Month-end processes;
- Performs intercompany reconciliations;
- Supports the financial reporting;
- Supports the entire budget process, including preparation of files for upload into SAP/SAC Planning, intercompany reconciliations, forecasts and budget revisions;
- Supports the preparation of SAFT-T and VAT Returns;
- Supports the preparation of Intrastat Returns;

Liaison with professional advisors
- Provides external advisors with financial information;
Invoice Processing
- Issues sales invoices;
- Posts purchasing invoices.

Who we are looking for

Background and Experience
- Degree in Accounting, Management or Economics (preferable but not mandatory);
- 1-3 years of experience in equivalent function (preferable but not mandatory);
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (mandatory);
- English language proficiency (mandatory);
- Previous experience using SAP (is a plus).

Interpersonal Skills
- Flexibility to help the entire office duties and not stay strict on controller tasks;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Aptitude for process improvement;
- Attention to detail, getting to root cause of problems;
- Team spirit.
