PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

  • Ensure strong financial operations across a growing multinational group.
  • Implement robust processes and deliver accurate, insightful financial reporting.
  • Support strategic initiatives, including fundraising and project finance.
  • Enable informed, data-driven decision-making to support sustainable growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement and optimize financial processes across multiple companies within the group.
  • Produce routine consolidated financial reporting (P&L and Cash Flow) for management.
  • Process bills, invoices, loan schedules, and perform account reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Deploy analytic accounting across entities; lead budgeting processes and regularly track performance against budget.
  • Support fundraising initiatives by preparing financial documentation and contributing to project finance activities.
  • Manage and monitor various credit lines and financing tools, including ProEx and invoice factoring.
  • Assist management decision-making by preparing budgets, financial models, and forward-looking forecasts.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems; Odoo expertise is mandatory.
  • Strong managerial and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on experience in Trade Finance and Treasury operations.
  • Experience in Project Finance is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian accounting standards and practices.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese; French is an asset.
  • One strong professional reference.
