**Job profile**

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Digital Assets Planner and Coordinator to join our team, reporting directly to the Digital Assets Production Team Leader.

**Responsibilities**
- To manage the end-to-end product image and photography pipeline, prioritizing high-quality, timely asset delivery.
- To efficiently coordinate team deliverables, assigning tasks, managing end-to-end timelines, and anticipating cross-functional business needs.
- To maintain organizational efficiency, clear communication, and logístical coordination, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- To build and maintain a robust reporting structure, identifies issues early, implements solutions, and provides transparent status updates.
- To ensure scalability, consistency, and efficiency across all teams involved to support organizational goals and objectives.

**What do we expect from you**
- Capacity Planning & Production Coordination: Expertise in planning and coordinating production processes to ensure efficient capacity utilization.
- Task Coordination: Proficiency in organizing and managing tasks across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
- Master Data Management: Skilled in maintaining and updating master data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Issue Resolution: Strong ability to identify and resolve issues quickly to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality assets.
- Reporting and Analytics: Proficiency in building and using reporting and analytics systems to track progress, analyse data, and provide actionable insights.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of proven success in Digital Asset Management, Project Coordination/Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Production Planning or similar role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Digital Asset Management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, fostering collaboration and understanding between different departments both onsite and remotely.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

**Practical Information**

Work location: ECCO’Let Portugal, Santa Maria da Feira, with potential for remote or hybrid flexibility based on role requirements. Occasional travel to other units is needed.
