In the CNS CSP Market Service Europe organization, we have the team with project technical leaders working for delivery project owning the technical deliverables of the project and the technical interfacing role towards the customer.

**What you will learn and contribute to**
- Define and manages the end-to-end solution technical deliverables, including system level high level design, requirements baseline, release and configuration management, E2E integration, verification and acceptance strategy according to contracted scope. PTL is responsible for approval process for technical deliverables.
- The PTL(Project Technical Lead) is managing selected complex projects where Nokia delivers the complete solution as End-to-End owner, or for First-Off and large non-standard or cross-organization solutions, or solutions with 3rd-Party involvement.
- Whenever possible, PTL is assigned during pre-sales or in the project initiation phase, helping to convince the customer to buy from Nokia.
- The PTL leads the customer technical negotiations during the implementation period, drives the technical project execution (through different project streams) and provides solutions to eliminate risks.

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Experience in complex projects with cross domain / E2E technology areas (7 years of experience) as well as experience in Technical Project Management
- Experience in Telco Core networks area (especially 5G Core) and Cloud and Data Centers
- Self-starter - able to demonstrate strong sense of business ownership and leadership
- Ability to take responsibility and coordination and lead technical issues
- Strong customer interaction skills

- Worked with Nokia solutions
- Participated in presales
- Public cloud experience
- CI/CD automation experience
