We are looking for a **IT Project Manager** to join our Team

**What do you contribute?**:
Your path leads you to our newly established, internationally operating department, which uses data and AI to help shape the sustainable mobility of tomorrow. Our goal is to understand processes, identify needs, and proactively develop solutions. We also offer consulting and learning opportunities on data and AI so that our teams can optimize their workflows. We act as an interface between Siemens AG's corporate IT and the business units of Siemens Mobility.
- In your new role, you proactively identify customer needs and drive projects and programs for digital transformation.
- You manage the tension triangle of time, effort, and quality, ensuring smooth processes.
- You take on the technical leadership of teams with different talents and responsibilities in virtual project organizations.
- Furthermore, you actively manage important project-related processes such as budgeting, planning, risk minimization, and reporting.
- You also organize and moderate workshops to promote innovation and acceptance in the central analytics ecosystem.

**What do you bring?**:

- You impress us with a completed university degree in IT, engineering, business, management, or a related field.
- You also have many years of experience in project management or customer success management in the IT environment.
- You impress us with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Furthermore, you are characterized by a structured, results-oriented way of working and strong relationship-building skills.
- Ideally, you score points with a solid understanding of cloud-native technologies, data analytics, and AI-related software development.
- Fluent English and ideally German skills round off your profile.
