GBS PS (Project Management Services & Transformations) mission is to support organizations in terms of advisory, management and implementation of transformation projects, including M&A, process optimization, and digitalization, on a global level. Your mission will be…

• As a Project Manager, you will play a key supporting role in leading and managing IT related activities in SAP Transformations, IT Infrastructure or Cyber Security projects at various levels within the organization. With your extensive expertise and a holistic consulting approach, you will help our clients effectively implement and further develop our service offerings.
• You will actively support the leadership and management of IT projects, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and ensure that all project requirements regarding time, quality, and budget are met.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will serve as the main liaison between clients, internal project teams, and key account managers, ensuring smooth project execution.
• You will assist clients in the digitalization and optimization of their IT processes and contribute to the ongoing development of our service portfolio to meet evolving business needs.
• You will assist in the development, maintenance, and improvement of project management and controlling tools, ensuring structured status reporting and clear, comprehensive project documentation.
• Through continuous analysis, you will identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and the quality of methods and processes.
• As an advocate for our Shared Services, you will identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth and evolution of our service offerings.

We are looking for someone with…

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Studies, or a related field.
• You have at least 3-5 years of practical experience in international IT project management in different roles, such as Project Manager, PMO and/ or Scrum Master.
• You have a solid interest and understanding of IT and keep yourself up to date with the latest trends and tools (e.g. AI).
• Basic Knowledge of Cyber Security (e.g., hardening, vulnerability management, network segmentation) and an understanding of standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls) would be a benefit. Certifications e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISA are a plus but not required.
• You are familiar with both traditional and agile project management methodologies and ideally hold relevant certifications (e.g., , IPMA, PMI, Prince2, Scrum, SAFe).
• You act proactive, quality-driven, and results-oriented.
• You have strong teamwork skills and can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English is essential.
