Salesforce Solution Consultant/Analyst (m/f/d): Global Siemens Business Transformation Project

Job description:

As a solution consultant/analyst in our global "SherpaX SI 3S CPQ project, you will continue to shape and implement the foundation for the state-of-the-art IT platform for the offering business in Smart Infrastructure (SI). Together with the agile team, the product owner, the solution architect, the product manager and the development team, you will be the bridge between the business and the IT team and define the requriements and user stories for the new SF RCA CPQ solution. Integrations and informtion management from disparate information systems within Siemens SI IT application landscape including interfaces to ERP and other systems will play a key role to enable end-to-end business processes.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to…

  • Working towards identifying and eliciting the SI CPQ business needs
  • Research, plan, and explain to PO's and developers what is required and overseeing the progress and the quality of the project

oWorking with the business and acting as a bridge towards the IT team

  • Working closely with the SI 3S CPQ architect to come up with smart and efficient IT solutions
  • Breaking down the business features into workable, manageable user stories
  • Work in an Agile Safe framework.
  • Supporting evolving the functional solution architecture

  • Multiple years' experience with Salesforce CPQ+ as a solutions consultant or user

oKnowledge of SFDC development and/or Admin is a plus

  • Multiple experience in defining features and user stories in at least one large-scale SDLC international project, preferably in the space of CPQ
  • Experience presenting to PO's or other decision makers design solutions and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Orchestrating different internal and external teams on topics like interfaces/processes ending up in a common agreed solution
  • Experience in Agile DEVOPS SCRUM environnement
  • Experience in Siemens processes, preferably in the Sales environment
  • Strong focus on meeting Siemens quality guidelines (for both product and processes)
  • Strong team player and experience in international environment
  • A pragmatic mindset with output orientation
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
