**Your mission, roles and responsibilities**:
In order to support the processes in the **Human Resources** department, **Faurecia Moldados** is looking for a trainee to join their team to support the management and improvement of human resources processes and procedures, namely:
- Internal and external training;
- Recruitment and selection;
- Onboarding;
- Internal and external communication;
- Employee empowerment processes.
**Your profile and competencies to succeed**:
- Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar areas;
- Initiative, a taste for fast learning, good interpersonal skills, critical thinking and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in English;
- Good computer skills.
