**Your mission, roles and responsibilities**:

- Assist in production planning, scheduling, and material requirement planning (MRP);
- Support inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring compliance with customer requirements;
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to secure material availability and minimize production disruptions;
- Contribute to inventory management, stock accuracy, and warehouse organization;
- Support the implementation of lean logistics principles (Kanban, FIFO, Just-in-Time);
- Participate in the analysis of logistics KPIs and propose process improvements;
- Assist in transport planning, packaging management, and flow optimization;
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects in the PC&L area.

**Your profile and competencies to succeed**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related areas;
- Strong interest in logistics and production control within the automotive/metallurgical industry;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel required; SAP or ERP knowledge is a plus);
- Good command of English (written and spoken);
- Team player, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced industrial environment.
