Productivity Buyer Trainee

**Your mission, roles and responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the identification of productivity ideas, by analysing existing data in various locations (like for example cost breakdowns).
- Support collect data from other actors in the company, such as Program Managers and PC&L, to fuel the activity of the Productivity buyers.
- Follow-up productivity actions in the plant, such as yield improvement, packaging and other possible actions, until their implementation.
- Support productivity buyers in data collection in the system, to allow better decisions.

**Your profile and competencies to succeed**:

- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business
- Knowledge of productivity / lean management methodology
- Knowledge of production, quality and logistics
- Fluent English
- Ability to work in matrix organization
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excel e power BI
