The role of the Asia Bridge productivity leader is to follow the performance of the Asia Bride. It means the AB productivity leader will be the interlocutor of the different parties involved in the AB to ensure the efficiency of the process implemented, to take full accountability on forecast and performance follow up vs budget and to implement all improvement idea in the continuous improvement mindset.

The Asia Bridge productivity leader will develop a complete expertise on the Asia Bridge on an operation & commercial standpoint in order to be able to support the buyers (commodity buyers, productivity buyers, program buyers) in all topics related to the Asia Bridge

**The main missions of the role are**:

- Interface with:

- With BOP suppliers for B-price management (logistics cost included in part price), escalations
- With Logistics providers for monthly KPI reviews, escalations
- With Group T&L purchasing to run jointly the annual rates negotiations, market evolutions follow up
- Prepare forecast according to division budget
- Follow up and report monthly performance
- Challenge and follow monthly costs (Full logistic platform invoiced costs: D&D, stocks, filling rates, “non
- eligible costs” etc...) vs contracts
- Fix deviations (packaging, D&D, LT, safety stock coverage) with the different parties
- At list twice a year, manage part price reconciliation (B-price in supplier cost breakdown vs real costs) with the BOP suppliers
- Communicate B-prices according to new annual rates to commodity
- Coordinate Logistics provider performance with Group T&L purchasing and PC&L
- First months in the role will be focused on the implementation of robust processes to manage the above tasks

**Qualifications**:
Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Purchasing

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Purchasing related environment
- Strong Analytical skills
- Agility using office tools mainly Excel and Powerpoint
- Good Organizational Skills
- International minded
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Negotiation skills
- Minimum knowledge of contractual and legal aspects
- Curiosity and willingness to learn

**Skills and competencies**:
