The **Learning and Development Team** works cross-functionally, spanning across the globe, to support our employees' learning journey. We collaborate with internal and external learning partners to design and implement learning initiatives for our teams. Our learning resources are shared via multiple media channels, to keep employees up to date on the new learning initiatives at Feedzai. Our fast-paced and open environment encourages us to lean in, try new things, and discover our potential. **You**: As we are growing the L&D function, we are looking for a very organized and detail oriented Learning and Development Intern to join our L&D Area in the People department. This role will support the Global Learning and Development Program Manager in the planning, design and logistics for our learning programs. A great opportunity to get to know all our teams and to learn how we design and implement our learning initiatives **Your Day to Day**: - Provide administrative support, focusing on scheduling and coordinating learning and development activities; - Keep track of data related to our global learning and development initiatives; - Maintain our LMS updated (Learning Management System); - Support facilitators, employees and stakeholders with logistics; - Send pre-work, post-work and other materials to our participants; - Document / update our processes; - Help keeping our external learning partners and employees updated with new and ongoing L&D initiatives; - Partner with our procurement team to set up our vendors, POs, request invoices and track of payments; **You Have & You Know-how**: - Bachelor of Science or related fields; - Fluency in English (mandatory); - Skilled in Microsoft Office and G-suite; - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly; - Outstanding organizational skills and highly detail-oriented; - Global and creative thinking mindset, in order to find "out-of-the-box" solutions; - Passionate about people and focused in delivering a great learning experience for our teams; - Eager to learn and be able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment; - Please submit your CV in English; The** People Team **is a strategic partner to all areas of Feedzai.
