**Descrição do cargo**:

- Procuramos um(a) **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** para liderar um ambicioso projeto imobiliário, assumindo a responsabilidade pela gestão estratégica, financeira e operacional. O(a) profissional ideal terá experiência sólida em **promotoras imobiliárias**, com histórico comprovado em gestão de CAPEX, execução de projetos, relacionamento com inquilinos e instituições financeiras.

**Requisitos**:
**Principais Responsabilidades**
- Definir, em conjunto com os acionistas, a visão, a estratégia e os objetivos de crescimento do projeto.
- Supervisionar a entidade gestora responsável pela relação com inquilinos, gestão de dívidas, novos arrendamentos e parte do CAPEX.
- Gerir e fortalecer relações com instituições bancárias, garantindo financiamento competitivo e gestão eficiente da dívida.
- Implementar uma cultura de reporting mensal detalhado para os acionistas, abrangendo indicadores operacionais, arrendamento, CAPEX e performance financeira.
- Elaborar e validar com os acionistas o orçamento anual do projeto.
- Assegurar a gestão eficiente do cash-flow e o cumprimento dos orçamentos anuais definidos.
- Liderar projetos de desenvolvimento e manutenção, garantindo execução no prazo e dentro do orçamento.

**Perfil Pretendido**
- Licenciatura em Gestão, Finanças ou área relacionada (MBA ou formação avançada será valorizada).
- Experiência mínima de 7 anos em funções de liderança na área imobiliária ou gestão de ativos.
- Conhecimentos sólidos em gestão de CAPEX, execução de projetos e financiamento bancário. Experiência em leasing e gestão de inquilinos será valorizada.
- Visão estratégica aliada a forte capacidade de execução.
- Excelentes competências de comunicação, negociação e liderança.
