We are looking for a highly motivated Product Marketing Intern to support the growth of our expanding product offering, and our Go To Market operation. The role will focus on driving product marketing programs, market intelligence and research, and supporting Go To Market activities. This is a highly cross-functional role and a great fit for someone early in their career in product marketing looking to build strong foundations by taking on and owning a wide range of PMM activities.

You will be responsible for running and executing a variety of product marketing programs, such as market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, product release communications, knowledge management, and more. You will also support the Director of Product Marketing in customer research, messaging development, pricing and packaging, and partner campaigns.

This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing, partners with the Senior Product Marketing Manager, collaborates across marketing, and works closely with colleagues from product, revenue, and AI tech teams.

- Market intelligence and competitive tracking
- Produce product documentation and develop accessible, scalable sources of truth
- Manage, maintain, and curate the product marketing knowledge base
- Communicate product releases to customers
- Plan, engage and deliver customer research
- Messaging development and product positioning

**You will learn to**:

- Manage, deliver, and drive product marketing programs
- Understand Unbabel’s products and translate technical details into benefits for our target audience
- Perform competitive analysis, market intelligence and customer research
- Work closely with product management teams and share insights back from the market
- Partner with Sales Enablement to train sales on the problems we solve for our buyers and users and develop respective collateral

**About you**:

- Experience in product marketing, marketing business development, customer support or related position is desirable but not required
- You’re curious about technology and how it intersects with solving real customer problems
- You have experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning (desirable but not required)
- You’re self-motivated, action-oriented and accountable for getting the job done
- You flourish in ambiguity and can make quick, thoughtful decisions
