You’ll have the opportunity to work with a host of entrepreneurs and business leaders, like an ex-Product Owner of YouTube and a former Managing Director of HSBC. Not to mention exciting companies like the multi-award-winning regtech startup, Apiax or Coca-Cola.

As a **Lead Product Manager**, you will be working closely with entrepreneurs as if you were their co-founder. You’ll bring a lean management perspective to help them prioritise and focus on the right features at each time. To prioritise, you will act as the orchestrator of the product vision and need to have in-depth business knowledge.

You’ll then merge that with the User Experience vision, keeping in mind the technology impact of those decisions in demanding web projects.

You won’t be alone working with these cutting-edge technologies. You’ll be among a cross-functional team of seasoned Altarions with expertise in a multitude of sectors, from fintech and marketplace to AI and IoT.

This is **a hybrid position**, and as so, you’ll be expected to **come to the office 2 or 3 days per week**.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a Lead Product Manager, you’ll be:

- ** Taking the wheel** with new clients as the Product Responsible;
- ** Managing the creation and execution of complex technical products** from **day one**. In some cases, within a product team; in most cases, though, you will need to take** full ownership** and **drive**the **product direction** with** full autonomy**;
- ** Independently** managing **several products** at the same time, organising the process for **multiple stakeholders** - clients, developers, and designers;
- ** Assisting**some complex **sales processes** with **early product recommendations**.
- Creating and maintaining a **product backlog**;
- ** Actively mitigating impediments** impacting the successful completion of **Release/Sprint Goals**;
- Use your knowledge of the market, tech, competition, and current trends to **define innovative functional solutions** to boost Product value.

**The Hands-On Experience We Need You to Bring to the Table**:

- ** 5+ years of experience**as a Product Manager in the **Software Development Industry**, of which **at least 3 years** working in **software houses/tech consulting companies**, creating **products for clients**, not (just) in-house;
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Creative thinking with a vision;
- Fluid intelligence & abstract reasoning;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to mix a structured process-centric approach with an out-of-the-box creative mindset;
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.

**The Extra Experience We’d Love to See**:

- Previous working experience as a Founder or Top Product Manager of a Tech Startup.

**Other important details**:

- You will have to be located in the **Greater Lisbon Area**, as this position requires **regular visits to our office** (2, 3 days per week, on average) in central Lisbon;
