**What you will do**:

- Keyword Research: Conduct country-specific keyword research to identify trends and positioning opportunities, defining content strategies accordingly.
- On-Page Optimization: Implement improvements on website pages, including optimizing meta tags, headers, URLs, images, and content to enhance SEO relevance and performance.
- Off-Page Optimization: Develop and execute link-building strategies and other off-page SEO techniques to increase domain authority and improve search engine rankings.
- Competitor Analysis: Perform competitor analysis to identify improvement opportunities and adapt strategies to surpass competitors.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize landing pages, categories, and other content types, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
- Monitoring and Analysis: Use web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and others to monitor site performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- SEO Audits: Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve issues affecting SEO performance.
- Reporting: Generate regular SEO performance reports, highlighting progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with development, catalogue, and content teams to ensure consistent implementation of SEO strategies.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 2-3 years of proven experience as an SEO specialist
- Strong understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Proficiency in SEO Tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and others
- Comfortable working with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Prior experience with Shopify is highly desirable
- Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Fluency in English required (Spanish, French and German language skills are preferred).
- Autonomous, customer-focused approach, with a strong bias for action, curiosity, and innovation to drive performance.
