- We’re expanding our Lisbon team and seeking **French-speaking Back-Office specialists**to assist our customers

This job is s**upport for one of the world’s leading hotel services.**

With 35 brands from luxury to budget, they offer top hospitality and great hotel deals worldwide.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Assist **French
- Provide details on **hotel products and services**, manage supplier orders (food, equipment, other services), handle account removals for inactive suppliers, and process complaints.
- Offer **administrative support** for financial operations, including **invoice processing, data validation, and forwarding documents**to relevant departments.
- Manage and update purchase records, reports, and pricing lists.
- Verify incoming shipments to ensure **accurate order fulfillment**

- Working schedule**:Monday - Friday**: 08:00-19:00 (8h/day, 5 days/ week)
- **Weekends are always off**:

- Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract

**Competitive salary and remuneration system**(incl. Meal allowance):

- **Basic salary: 900€ gross per month**:

- **2 extra salaries per year**:

- **up to 150€ gross performance bonus/month**:

- Fixed project **bonus**: 70€ gross/month
- meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day (approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card)
