**Job Description** We are looking for a Senior Customer Relationship Manager who is already located OR willing to relocate to join our Client’s team in Brussels, Belgium.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption of digital solutions.
- Create and maintain stakeholder maps to effectively manage engagement strategies.
- Build and monitor adoption dashboards and reports to track progress against targets.
- Oversee the full adoption journey across various customer segments.
- Respond to stakeholder concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Actively contribute to the success of digital transformation projects by ensuring consistent stakeholder communication and engagement.
- Identify service needs to ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
- Translate communication objectives into concrete strategies, tasks, and activities, and oversee their implementation.
- Define and execute communication strategies to guide stakeholders from awareness to adoption.
**Qualifications**
- ** Minimum 10 years** of hands-on experience in **Customer Relationship Management**, including deep knowledge of related practices and tools.
- ** At least 5 years** of experience building and managing stakeholder maps.
- ** At least 5 years** of experience creating adoption dashboards and producing actionable reports.
- ** At least 5 years** of experience analyzing customer segments and behavior, particularly in identifying product-related pain points.
- ** Minimum 15 years** of experience using **Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira)** and **Microsoft Office** (including PowerPoint).
- Strong familiarity with the **IT domain**, including collaboration with technical teams and supporting digital initiatives.
