**YOUR ROLE**:
**We are looking for a**Product Owner**to join our teams in Lisbon.**

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- **Define and prioritize product backlog based on business needs and stakeholder input**:

- **Collaborate with agile teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of user stories**:

- **Conduct user research to understand UX/UI requirements and ensure product functionality and intuitiveness**:

- **Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives**

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- **Academic background in Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or Economics**:

- **5 years of experience as a Product Owner**:

- **Experience in projects with Agile methodologies**:

- **Knowledge of UX/UI design and tools**:

- **Ability to create clear and well-defined stories in the backlog**:

- **Fluent in Portuguese**:

- **Strong leadership and management skills**:
