**The Project**:
**As a Content Moderator,** you will ensure that product and service standards are upheld on one of the world’s leading e-commerce and short-form video platforms.
Your role involves making informed decisions based on local market knowledge and maintaining high-quality standards while reviewing content.

**As a French-speaking Content Moderator you will**:

- **Review e-commerce content on the platform**(e.g. product listings) to ensure compliance with platform policies, safety guidelines, and legal standards
- **Maintain high quality standards in moderation**by accurately evaluating product descriptions, images, and pricing
- **Escalate complex or unclear cases** according to internal procedures

**Competitive salary and compensation system**:

- **900€ gross x 14 months** (it's 1050€ gross x 12 months)
- **100€gross fixed project/role bonus**:

- **Meal allowance**: €7.23 net/day (approx. **€145/month**) via meal card
- **Transport allowance**: €20/month
- **plus EXTRA PROJECT BONUS - total of €3000 gross (€750 gross paid out after the 4th, 7th, 10th and 13th contract month)**

**What we expect from you**:

- **You speak French (at least C2)**:

- You have strong moderation skills, verbal and written communication skills and rational decision making with local market expertise
- You have strong understanding of e-commerce

**EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal is required**
