**The Project**:
Join a fast-growing team supporting **one of the world’s leading video and e-commerce platforms**
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll assist users by phone, helping resolve their questions and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience.

**As a Spanish-speaking Customer Advisor you will**:

- **Talk to Video App users via inbound and outbound calls** - be the friendly voice they can count on
- **Help with orders, deliveries, and account issues** - whether it’s a **buyer, seller, or content creator**:

- **Review and solve reported problems**quickly and clearly
- **Escalate more complex issues**to the right team, following clear procedures

**Competitive salary and compensation system**:

- **870€ gross x 14 months** (it's 1015€ gross x 12 months)
- **80€gross fixed project/role bonus**:

- **Meal allowance**: €7.23 net/day (approx. **€145/month**) via meal card
- **Transport allowance**: €20/month

**What we expect from you**:

- **You speak Spanish (at least C2)**:

- **You speak English (at least B2)**:

- You have strong moderation skills, verbal and written communication skills and rational decision making with local market expertise
- You have strong understanding of e-commerce

**EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal is required**
