Are you passionate about connecting with clients and supporting business growth? Were looking for a motivated Spanish-speaking B2B Sales Professional with excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset.

Your Mission
You'll be part of an outbound B2B team, responsible for:

  • Calling potential business clients (no cold calling they've already shown interest).
  • Providing information and promoting the clients services via phone.
  • Understanding each business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Meeting KPIs related to call volume, conversion, and sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals.

What Were Looking For

  • Fluent Spanish speaker (C2 level or higher).
  • Good command of English (B2 level minimum).
  • Previous sales experience, ideally B2B (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working with targets and CRMs.
  • Available to work full-time in rotating shifts (Monday-Friday).

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday (no weekends)
  • Shifts between 09:00 and 18:00 CET (8h/day + 1h break)

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly salary: approx. 1,386 (without accommodation) / approx. 1,185 (with accommodation provided)
