Sales Executive – Spanish Market (B2B)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and manage the Spanish market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing new clients through outbound sales activities, tailored commercial proposals, and online meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients in the Spanish market via outbound calls, email, and videoconferencing.
- Present our e-sourcing and e-procurement platform, highlighting its value for companies involved in public procurement.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution presentation, negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
- Prepare and send accurate commercial proposals by email, ensuring timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Adapt sales pitches and proposals to the specific needs of Spanish clients, working closely with internal teams.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the company CRM.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (mandatory).
- Experience in B2B sales and/or public procurement is a strong advantage.
- Native-level Spanish and English at B2 level (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, plus 1-hour lunch break).
- Rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00.
