What Youll Be Doing

  • Support customers via phone, chat, and email in a friendly and helpful way

  • Troubleshoot service and technical issues no worries, training is included

  • Keep records of interactions and help improve customer experience

  • Be part of a collaborative team and learn from experienced mentors

What You Bring

  • C2-level Spanish and at least B2-level English

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • A positive attitude and curiosity about new cultures

  • No prior experience required if you're motivated, we'll train you

  • Already living in Greece or ready to relocate (you must be based in Greece to work remotely)
