We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Spanish B2B Hotel Associate to join our team in Lisbon, providing exceptional support within the hospitality industry. This position is tailor-made for professionals who are skilled in relationship management and passionate about delivering superior service to hotel partners.

Responsibilities of the Hotel Associate
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Support and Coordination: Assist hotel partners with inquiries and operational challenges, acting as the main point of contact and facilitating smooth communication.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse hotel performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance business outcomes.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for hotel partners on our systems and tools to maximise their performance and satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise, applying problem-solving skills to maintain partner satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry, especially in a B2B context, is highly desirable.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Analytical Abilities: Experience in data analysis and performance tracking to identify trends and improve business outcomes.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiar with hotel management systems and proficient in using MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
