Marketing Customer Support (B2B) – Spanish & English | Lisbon (On-site)

Position Details

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Start Date: 29 January 2026

Working Hours

Initial phase:

  • Monday – Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00

  • 2 shifts:

    • 07:00 – 16:00

    • 10:00 – 19:00

Later stage (TBC):

  • 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday – Sunday)

  • 2 rotating days off

Compensation

  • Base salary: €920 gross / month (14 months)

  • Complexity Bonus: €40 / month (11 months)

Role Overview

You will provide B2B support to advertisers, helping them resolve issues related to digital advertising products and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve service quality and advertiser experience

  • Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting via email and chat

  • Resolve generic, technical, and product-related queries

  • Collaborate closely with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams

  • Drive customer satisfaction and service quality across the full case journey

  • Meet service level agreements and productivity targets

  • Partner with technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issues

Requirements

  • Spanish: Fluent / native level

  • English: Good working proficiency

  • Interest in digital marketing and online advertising

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Comfortable working on-site and in rotating shifts

  • B2B or customer support experience is a plus
