What Were Looking For
Experience in paid campaign management is mandatory
Degree in Marketing or a related field
Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
Experience in a Contact Centre or service program for an Advertising Tech company
Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
What Youll Do
Support clients running paid advertising campaigns
Assist with campaign setup, optimization, and performance troubleshooting
Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, or chat
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve campaign or technical issues
Ensure client satisfaction while meeting quality and performance KPIsg paid advertising campaigns
