**Responsabilidades**:

- Desenvolvimento e implementação de estratégias de serviços de IT alinhadas com os objetivos organizacionais;
- Criação e manutenção de processos e políticas ITSM;
- Gestão de processos de incidentes, problemas e alterações, minimizando os constrangimentos do negócio e da configuração;
- Monitorização do desempenho do serviço, garantindo o cumprimento dos SLAs e KPIs em vigor;
- Identificação das oportunidades de melhoria da prestação de serviços de IT;
- Análise da satisfação dos clientes e implementação de soluções para melhoria da experiência do utilizador;
- Trabalho com equipas multifuncionais, como Desenvolvimento, Infraestrutura e Suporte para garantir uma entrega de serviços IT adequada;
- Comunicação e partilha de iniciativas e resultados aos _stakeholders_ envolvidos;
- Garantir que os serviços de IT estão em conformidade com as normas e quadros regulamentares;
- Estudo e acompanhamento de tendências de ITSM para implementação das melhores práticas do setor;
- Identificação e analise de riscos potenciais dos serviços de IT, implementando ações corretivas quando necessário.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura em Tecnologias de Informação ou áreas similares;
- Mais de 5 anos de experiência em gestão de serviços de IT ou funções relacionadas, preferencialmente na área de supervisão;
- Certificação ITIL Foundation (preferencialmente ITIL Practitioner ou ITIL Expert) ou outras certificações relacionadas com a gestão de serviços de IT;
- Experiência com ferramentas ITSM como ServiceNow;
- Capacidades analíticas, de resolução de problemas e de comunicação;
- Foco na satisfação do cliente e na melhoria contínua da experiência do utilizador.
