Your tasks

As IT Service Management Specialist you are:
Functional leader of Group Functions IT Service Managers
Representative of IT Service Management in Group Functions IT:

- responsible for effective IT Service Management (ITSM)
- manage the Group IT Service Catalog
- manage, steer and consult the ITSM organization on all IT Service Management topics
- drive the implementation of mandatory ITSM processes
- rollout planning & coordination of IT Service Management activities according to Continental ITSM Roadmap

Representative of Group IT in the Continental ITSM Community
Resonsible for continuous improvement of IT Services & Processes (in cooperation with Process Managers & Service Level Managers)
- Decision-making in process based Change Advisory Board(CAB)
- Marketing & Information Management of ITSM on Group IT side

As IT Service Manager you:

- manage all ITSM activities based on defined ITSM processes in your area
- coordinate and support Service Owners in all ITSM activities
- manage the Service Catalogue and plan & support the ITSM process rollout
- realize defined ITSM targets from Group IT and verify & drive process quality based on ITSM Governance rules & standards
- consult the Group Functions Competence Center (CC) in ITSM topics
- report running activities & quality (Process & Service) of the dedicated CC to the responsible ITSM Specialist
- support reporting of IT Service KPIs
- part of IT projects ensuring IT Service Design and Service Transition

**Profile**:
University Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable training

Experience in IT and business functions desirable

2-3 years project management experience

Functional leadership experience desireable

Experience in working with international teams
