- We're currently seeking an intern to join our IT Management Team at ReadinessIT. If you're passionate about learning, possess excellent communication skills, and are dedicated to driving the professional growth of our team members, then your career journey could kickoff right here.

**Requirements**:
Responsibilities include:

- Supporting Linux, Windows, and Mac OS - Installation, interaction, support. - Communication Networks - e.g., TCP/IP, VLAN, IP SEC - Supporting Implementation, Configuration, Management, and troubleshooting. - Computer Network Security - Supporting the development of best practices for implementation and configuration. - Support for Backup Validation and assistance in managing virtualization platforms. - Management and support for cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure). - Creation and management of SSH Tunnels. - Infrastructure Monitoring (Networks, Servers, Firewall, Switches, others). - Other activities that fall within the Department's functions.

Qualifications:

- Recent graduate or master's student in IT or equivalent areas.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Unix, and macOS operating systems.
- Desirable knowledge in computer networks and communication protocols.
- Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Interest in the technological area.
- Good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively.
- Sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
