- We're currently seeking an intern to join our dynamic **People and Culture team** at **ReadinessIT**. If you're passionate about learning, possess excellent communication skills, and are dedicated to driving the professional growth of our team members, then your career journey could kickoff right here.

**Requirements**:
Responsibilities include:

- Assisting in Recruitment and Selection processes.
- Providing support in welcoming and integrating new employees.
- Aiding in developing job descriptions and conducting function analysis.
- Monitoring training activities.
- Assisting in developing and implementing internal communication plans (internal events, protocols).
- Supporting HR administrative processes.
- Collaborating on reporting and managing KPIs.
- Participating in projects and procedures related to the People & Culture area.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's (1) or Master's (1) degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good self-organization and autonomy.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English (Must Have).
