Your tasks - "You are an innovative person who would like to passionately work in an international environment? Then become a member in our IT Service Management Processes Team_ - Our team provides out of the Continental Group IT Finance & Governance department all Service Management processes its related services for Continental IT. We are responsible for the implementation and improvement of Service Management Processes used by the global Continental IT organization to manage the Service Lifecycle (e.g. Change & Incident Management). As our areas of Request Fulfillment and the support of special areas like Security Incident Management are growing we want to strengthen our ITSM process team to ensure a proper delivery of our ITSM services._ - Your tasks include:_ - _ A major part of the job is the communication towards the customers to identify their needs and requirements and to transform these into solutions and processes._ - _ Implement Request Fulfillment processes and steer changes on the related platforms (SSP7 & BMC Helix)_ - _ Consult internal customers in regards to usability and automation potentials of the newly requested forms ans processes_ - _ Lead process implementation projects_ - _ Coordinate & align test activities in regards to releases of our IT Service Management and Request Fulfillment (SSP7) platform_ - _ Development, maintenance & improvement of hosted processes on our SSP7 and BMC Helix platform_ - _ Steer external and internal providers_ - _ Reporting service relevant data (KPIs) like numbers of users, incidents, changes and the related quality indicators like changes performed in time, etc._ - _ Preparation and maintenance of training material_ **Profile**: **Qualifications**: - _ Academic Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Sciences or comparable_ - _ Professional experience in the process area, preferably in IT processes_ - _ IT Service Management experience_ - _ Experience in the area of Request Fulfillment process implementations_ - _ Reliable knowledge of the MS Office programs_ - _ Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken) - German knowledge to be of advantage_ - _ Strong customer and service orientation_ - _ Experience in project management_ - _ Outstanding communication and intercultural skills_ - _ High intrinsic motivation and the desire to work in teams_ - _ Willingness to travel_ Beneficial: - _ Good knowledge & experience in BMC ITSM Helix technology (Business Workflows / Digital Workplace / Innovation Suite)_ **Offer**: *** **Keyfacts**: Job ID **REF43985B** Location **Porto** Leadership level **Leading Self** Job flexibility **Hybrid Job** - Legal Entity - **CONTINENTAL ENGINEERING SERVICES PORTUGAL, UNIPESSOAL, LDA
