Tasks Active further development of the company-wide IT service management system based on ITILContinuous improvement of ITSM process and service quality using KPIsSupporting and advising consulting our business units in the Enterprise Service Management environmentEnsuring optimal support of ITSM processes by the ESM applicationTraining ITSM process and ESM application usersClose cooperation with other process ownersIndependent and innovative work with a high level of quality awareness in an open-minded teamQualifications Successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics or computer science, alternatively a comparable education with experience in service managementGood knowledge of ITSM processesIdeally certification in ITIL or other ITSM frameworksBasic knowledge of IT applications, IT systems and technologies"Hands-on” mentality, as well as a convincing appearance, strong communication skills and a high degree of independenceGood knowledge of English Sandra SchieggConsultant HR Management HO Porto, DACHSER Corporate IT Hub, Portugal Lda., Edificio ICON DOURO At DACHSER, all people are welcome.
